Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing if they have not been processed/dispatched.
- To cancel, please email us at askme@shriajab.com with your order ID.
Refund Policy
- Due to the perishable nature of our products (sweets and namkeen), refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- Product delivered is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
- Product is not delivered due to courier issues (after investigation).
- Refunds will be initiated within 8–10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after order dispatch.
- Incorrect address provided by customer.
- Delay due to customs clearance or natural events (for international shipping).
Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products (sweets, namkeen, festival packs), we follow a no-return policy except in cases of:
- Damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items delivered.
- Missing products in the order.
Procedure for Return/Replacement
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at askeme@shriajab.com with pictures of the product and packaging.
- After verification, we will send a replacement (if possible) or issue a refund.
