Refund policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing if they have not been processed/dispatched.
  • To cancel, please email us at askme@shriajab.com with your order ID.

Refund Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products (sweets and namkeen), refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
    1. Product delivered is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
    2. Product is not delivered due to courier issues (after investigation).
  • Refunds will be initiated within 8–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after order dispatch.
  • Incorrect address provided by customer.
  • Delay due to customs clearance or natural events (for international shipping).


Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products (sweets, namkeen, festival packs), we follow a no-return policy except in cases of:

  • Damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items delivered.
  • Missing products in the order.

Procedure for Return/Replacement

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at askeme@shriajab.com with pictures of the product and packaging.
  • After verification, we will send a replacement (if possible) or issue a refund.
